Infant Safe Sleep (b) Cribs or play yards shall be free from all loose articles and objects. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed 2 children sleeping in cribs. One crib had a sleeping child with a blanket, pillow, bottle and toy. This child just turned 2 years old approximately 3 weeks ago, but was sleeping in a crib. The other crib had an infant sleeping with a blanket wrapped around them. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
