This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observations, interview conducted, and records reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as licensee did not ensure their EMSA pediatric CPR and first aid certification was maintained at the facility which poses a potential safety risk to children in care. A civil penalty of $250 is being assessed and provided.
