Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision- 101229(a): (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. This is not met as evidenced by: Based on self report and video review, the facillity did not provide care and supervision to meet the child's needs. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
