This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on interviews, Licensee did not ensure Child #1 was taken to the correct school which resulted in Child #1 exiting Licensee’s van at an incorrect location. This is a type A deficiency which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
