(b) The name of the child care center director, and any fully qualified teacher(s) designated to act in the child care center director's absence, shall be reported to the Department within 10 days of a change of child care center director or designee(s). This was not met as evidenced by: Furthermore, licensing was never informed that the site director was on leave. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Administration of Child Day Care Licensing (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 5 staff. S1 did not have proof of updated Mandated Reporter Training (MRT), which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
