Building Grounds. (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. According to Director, sink/faucet III is only used for handwashing, and water jugs and disposable cups are available in each classroom which poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk.
