Report finding
Infant Safe Sleep Documentation shall be maintained in the infant’s file and be available to the Department for review. Documentation shall include the following: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on the interview and record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential safety risk to the children in care. During the children’s file review the LPA was only able to review sleep logs for C1 dated for November. Licensees stated current sleep logs are not available for C1.
