This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA observation and staff interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, while children were outdoor on the playground, LPA did not observe a water fountain or bottled water readily available in the outdoor area, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
