This was not met as evidenced by: Based on record review and interviews conducted C1's diaper was not checked or changed at intervals that met the need of the child. C1s diaper was soiled when C1 parent arrived to pick C1. The staff was not aware C1 had a soiled the diaper until parent informed the staff. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
