Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: In the on-limits restroom, LPA observed hazards in the shower, 2 under sink cabinets and the 3 drawers on the vanity. These areas had multiple hair and body products, as well as trimmers and shavers accessible to children in care. This is being downgraded to a Type B citation due to there only being 1 child in care. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

However, the area had a gate preventing access. This is being downgraded to a Type B due to there only being 1 child in care. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
