Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies (h) Based on the total licensed capacity, one toilet and one handwashing fixture shall be maintained for every 15 children or fraction thereof. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, and record review the licensed capacity is 45, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed 2 unisex restrooms in the school age classroom, each with 1 toilet and 1 sink, and an additional sink within the classroom. By the Directors own admission, the total school age enrollment is 20, and the facility is only using 1 school age classroom, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
