This requirement is not met as evidenced by: In or about June 2021, due to insufficient teaching staff to maintain proper teacher-child ratio in the class, some children were made to stay in the front office, staff room and the director's office with office staff for extensive period of time. That was a violation of the children's personal rights as those areas are not licensed as part of the child care activity areas and not age-appropriate for the children.
