101239 (a)(1) A comfortable temperature for children shall be maintained at all times.(1) The temperature in rooms children occupy between a minimum of 68 degrees F (20 degrees C) and a maximum of 85 degrees F (30 degrees C). This requirement was not met as evidenced by: The Licensee placed a work order on November 2, 2022 the heating pump was repaired on November 14, 2022 per work order provided to CCLD via email on 12/2/2022. Based on interviews and record reviews the Licensee failed to maintain a comfortable temperature for children in care. The heat pump that controls the temperature in classrooms 93 and 94 was broken for over two weeks, which poses an Immediate Health and Safety Risk to children in care.
