(1) Storage areas for poisons shall be locked. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed a Clorox disinfecting spray bottle and Sani-Cloth disinfecting wipes with the "call poison control center" label on a high shelf that was not key locked, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
