This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA observation of School age Classroom and bathrooms, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty furniture and walls needing repair within the classroom. Attached boys and girls bathrooms were observed to have dirty floors, walls, fixtures and a strong odor of urine which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
