Operation of A Family Child Care Home (b) The home shall be kept clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed spider webs on the walls and ceiling of play area, living room area were children sleep and outdoor patio area were children eat their lunch. LPA observed wood on the left side of the outdoor play area with nails poking out. LPA observed a garage window that is broken and needs to be replace or covered to make it safe for children. Walls and light fixtures need to be wiped down and cleaned. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
