This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 3 pack and plays had blankets in them and one had a cover above the pack and play which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. No children were in the pack and play during the inspection.
