This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section above by taking a child's lunchbox containing snacks away as a form of discipline. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by storing poison plant killer in latched kitchen sink, but it was not behind a lock as per regulations which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: LPA observed a grass/weed killer chemical near the side shed and cleaning chemicals such as Comet Bleach in an unlocked cabinet. LPA observed the Licensee immediately correct, and remove, the chemicals upon request. Although immediately removed, these chemicals had been previously accessible to children. This had posed an immediate health and saftey risk to children in care.
