Based on interviews the licensee did not comply with the section above by there being at least one day in which a staff member was left supervising 13 infants by themselves. Other interviews revealed that mornings can be a struggle for the facility with staff being out of ratio for anywhere from 5-10 minutes. This is considered an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
