(1) A napping space and a cot or mat shall be available for each child under the age of five. This requirement was not met as evidence by: Based on observation and interview the facility did not comply with the regulation by not having a rest time provided without distraction and disturbances and not having mats available for the children under age 5. This is considered a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
