Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in there were multiple electrical outlets without covers in kitchen and indoor play areas. There were tripping hazards in backyard play area-plastic and ground cover exposed and there was dog feces in backyard play areas which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
