- Indoor Activity Space For Infants:The sleeping area for infants shall be physically separate from the indoor activity space. This separation shall be accomplished as specified in (b) above. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed infants in room A napping on cots/mats on the activity space near the napping room. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Civil penalty of $250.00 is being assessed.
