No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. Lead Testing (1) A licensed child day care center, as defined in Section 1596.76, that is located in a building that was constructed before January 1, 2010, shall have its drinking water tested for lead contamination levels on or after January 1, 2020, but no later than January 1, 2023, and every five years after the date of the initial test. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and director admission, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. The center did not get their water tested for lead poisoning and is utilizing the faucets for drinking water. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
