This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed 1 infant in a play yard rocking and attempting to climb out before the play yard fell over which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement was not met as evidence by: Upon inspection, LPAs observed C1 sleeping in a car seat for a few minutes. Licensee admitted leaving C1 in the car seat per C1's parent's request. Per licensee, she did not remove the child from the car seat because C1 would wake up. LPAs stated "This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to the children in care"
