- If an infant falls asleep before being placed in a crib or play yard, the provider shall move the infant to a crib or play yard as soon as possible. This requirement was not met as evidence by: The licensee admitted leaving an infant in a car set to sleep for an extensive period of time while infant was in care at the facility. Per licensee she did not remove the child from the car seat because the child would wake up. "This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to the children in care".
