There shall be at least 35 square feet of indoor activity space per child based on the total licensed capacity. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In conducting a physical inspection, LPA observed a classroom that was created by taking away space/square footage from the infant classroom. The classroom no longer has sufficient square footage for the licensed capacity. The Department did not receive updated documentation an/or authorized the alterations. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
