This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that at 7:45AM LPA observed school age children comingled in a preschool classroom with 14 preschool and 2 toddlers which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
