Physical Plant 101538.3(b) - Domain Focused (b) In combination programs, indoor activity space provided for school-age child care center children shall be physically separated from space provided for infant care and child care center children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that at 7:45AM LPA observed school age children comingled in a preschool classroom with 14 preschool and 2 toddlers which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Administration of Child Day Care Licensing (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 5 staff files reviewed. LPAs observed S1 and S2’s Mandated Reporter Certificates to be expired. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
