This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on review of documentation and observations made during the investigation, the facility failed to post the vegetarian menu as required. Documentation obtained during the investigation confirmed that the vegetarian menu was not posted and available for review by authorized representatives during the time period relevant to the complaint.
