This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 3 out of 4 staff records (Staff 1 [S1], Staff 2 [S2], & Staff 3 [S3]) did not have a Health Screening available to review. Additionally, 1 out of 4 staff (S2) did not have proof of their immunity to Measles available to review. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
