This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Safety risk to the children in care. During facility tour the LPA observed stairs that were not barricaded with two children present under the age of five. Licensee stated the gate is usually up, however, the gate was not put up during the inspection.
