This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's interviews conducted and per staff’s own admission the day in question she was busy and she open the Sippy cup to pour water but she did not pay close attention and disregard that it has spoiled milk in the cup from early morning. Staff was aware of the issue until it was brought to her attention by the director after the incident occurred. Facility failed to protect the safety of the children.
