(1) Storage areas for poisons shall be locked. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in ensuring areas and cabinets that hold disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons such as bleach, and other such items are locked and and made inaccessible to children in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The laundry/storage room that holds all such above mentioned items was unlocked and accessible to children during this visit.
