(2) Bedding shall be individually stored so that each child's bedding is identifiable and no child's used bedding comes into contact with other bedding. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the LPA observed napping cots made of mesh material stacked with sleeping bags, blankets and linen exposed and touching, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an immediate Health risk to the children in care. During facility tour LPA was provided a Student Medication Permit which documents C1 was given medication on 9-25-2023. LPA was also provided the prescribed medication for S1. Medication was not in the original package but was in a baggie with the child’s name on it. The medication expired in December 2022.
