101161(a) Limitations on capacity: A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond he conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitations. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: 18 children and 2 staff utilizing an uncleared room, the library, prior to licensing approval. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the library was utilized as day care/after school care space with no licensing approval which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers. b) Testing results with fractional ppb readings of 0.5 or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, before comparing to the Action level. 1) A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement was not met as evidenced by based on results of a test conducted on a faucet on October 7, 2022 indicated 6.0 ppb in the faucet water, which exceed 5.5 ppb requirement.
