This requirement was not met as evidenced by staff interviews and incident report submitted on 04/18/2023. It was determined that child #1 was not afforded a safe healthful accomodations. On 04/03/23 and 04/17/2023, child #1 suffered allergic reactions after coming into contact with an allergen during lunch. This posed an immediate risk to the health and safety of the child in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by observation, interviews, and file review. Staff 1, 2, 3 were observed supervising infants alone without the required qualifications. (It was concluded that Staff 4 also supervised infants alone without infant teacher qualifications.) This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.

This is a potential risk to health and safety of children in care.
