Staff-Infant Ratio.(b) (b) There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. This requirement was not met as evidenced by LPAs inspection today. LPAs observed one staff supervising seven infants and one staff supervising five infants in separate partions of the toddler room at approximately 8:30 am. This is considered an immediate risk to health and safety of children in care.
