While touring the Preschool classroom at 8:38 AM with the Director, LPA observed Restroom Cleaner, Disinfectant Sanitizer, Glass & Multi - Surface Cleaner, and TB Disinfectant Cleaner that reads "Keep Out of Reach of Children" inside in unlocked cabinet under the sink. There were two staff with 15 children present inside the Preschool classroom at 8:38 AM which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
