101226 (e)(3)(A) Health Related Services: Prescription medications shall be administered in accordance with the label directions as prescribed by the child's physician. This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on staff’s interview and record review, staff failed to administer C1’s medication as prescribed by the physician. Staff was giving C1 two tablets instead of one tablet for about 5 days. This poses a potential risk to the health of the children in care.
