101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time.... Supervision shall include visual observation. Based on LPA observation and statements, it was revealed that child (C1) was left alone on 3/23/2023 without any adult supervision inside the Butterfly classroom. The child was left unattended for about 3 - 5 minutes until parent of child (C1) arrived.
