This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in1 out of 1 count. Director confirmed the facility did not complete Lead Testing as of 06/26/2023 which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
