Buildings and Grounds (g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 8:38 a.m. LPA observed two aerosol cans of Sure Scents inside class #113 children's bathroom in an unlocked cabinet and at 8:48 a.m. LPA observed an unmarked spray bottle filled with Windex inside class #107 inside an unlocked cabinet which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
