- On or before March 30, 2018 a person who on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensedcchild day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided persuant date on which he or she completedinitial mandated training. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 staff were missing mandated reporter training certificates which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
