- Sign In and Sign Out (b) Center staff shall sign in a school-age child who arrives at the center on his/her own. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, and record review. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in. In classrooms #7 LPA observed 3 out 18 parents signed children in but did not sign them out which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
