This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, at 10:55 a.m., in the "Toddler Room," LPA observed labeled "sippy" water cups and labeled sports bottles stored in a mini refrigerator inaccessible to childrenand, and at 10:57 a.m., LPA Gontarek observed no readily available drinking water or cups for the children in care outside on Infant/Toddler playground. Per Director, outdoor water faucet is turned off and not being used at this time per COVID-19 sanitary practices. Administration of Child Day Care Licensing (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, at 2:00 p.m., LPA observed 2 out of 6 staff files reviewed did not have a current Mandated Reporter Training (AB 1207) on file.
