Buildings and Grounds (g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the classroom at 9:40 AM LPA observed Lysol spray, Lysol wipes, and BCP Hand Sanitizer at the childrens drinking fountain. LPA also observed BCP bottles stored on the floor of the childrens restoom and inside an open storage area. On the back of the BCP label it reads " Keep out of Reach of Children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
