Infant Care Isolation for Illness- (a) In addition to Section 101226.2, the following shall apply: (b) The isolation area shall be equipped with a crib, cot, mat or playpen for each ill infant. The above section was not met as evidenced by interviewing 8 staff in the infant/toddler program and LPA's observation on the inspection date of 9/29/2025 that a child who was sick in the infant room was not isolated from the other children. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

Administration of Child Day Care Licensing (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the director did not comply with the section cited above in Staff#2 and Staff# 4 do not have a mandated reporter certificate on their file on the day of the inspection which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
