This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, at 10:55 a.m., LPA observed the Emergency exit door, in the "Preschool Room," to not have a functioning door alarm. LPA pushed lever of the door open, and alarm did not sound. The Emergency door leads out into a shopping center and busy street. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Pictures were taken.
