Personal Rights: (a)The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (3)To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse or other actions of a punitive nature…This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA’s interviews, 2 out of 3 staff stated S3 children complained about S3 is not nice to the children. 4 out of 5 children disclosed that S3 yells at children. 1 out 6 parents stated their child complains about S3.
