This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the classroom at 9:35 AM, LPA observed an unlocked cabinet under the childrens water faucet. LPA observed SKI NEO SOLU-STYRIL NO.5 that reads "Keep out of reach of children and harmful if swallowed" which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

While touring classroom #13 at 8:43 AM, LPA observed an unlocked cabinet with a broken child safety lock. Inside the cabinet, LPA observed Folex, Lysol, Aervoe flammable Marking chalk, 730 HP Disinfectant, and Oxivir that reads "Keep out of reach of children" which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
