This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two out of three play yards, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The LPA observed the play yards contained loose articles. One child was sleeping in one of the play yards. An infant was taken out of a car seat and placed inside a play yard with a pillow and a blanket.
